Deadline

In order to take advantage of the special rates for the participants of the 24th International Symposium on
Glycoconjugates, please be sure to book your tours by July 27^th , 2017.
Please note that after that date, tours will be subject to an availability.

Reservation & Payment Conditions

The tour rates are fixed in KRW.
We need a minimum number of participants for each tour, so we will confirm your tour after deadline. If the tour is confirmed, tour fee will be charged to your credit card submitted when you make a reservation with a prior notice.
Tour will be finally confirmed after payment.
Tours are subject to change or cancel, if the number of participants fails to reach min. number, 10.
In case of cancellation, the travel agent will contact individually.
Any request for changes or cancellations should be notified by e-mail.

Cancellation fee

11 days before the departure date: Deduct 0% from the cost of tour
10~8 days before the departure date: Deduct 30% from the cost of tour
7~2 days before the departure date: Deduct 50% from the cost of tour
1 day before the departure date: Charge 100% the cost of tour
